I’ll be forever appreciative to the JC Penny Company that they decided to to relocate Mr. Kelly to the Ephrata area. I’m beyond grateful to have had a man like Mr. Kelly as a role model growing up, and as I’ve gotten older, have come to a greater understand and appreciation for all he did for his family and his community.
~ Matthew Oberly
The Kelly family, very sorry for your loss. I met Al when I was in Waynesboro, Pa. and enjoyed his company during district meetings. He was a kind giving person that cared about people. I loved getting emails from him with some humor. Again thoughts and prayers to the Kelly family. Bill Nelson

So sorry for your loss. Al was always so kind in mentoring to me as his junior at JCPenney Co., Inc. We shared a love for our associates, merchandise and the running of our store as if the business was our own. Thank you Al, you are a great man! Requiescat in pace!
